First look: Wake Forest at Boston College odds and lines

The No. 21 Wake Forest Demon Deacons (9-2, 6-1 ACC) are on the road in Week 13 for a Saturday tilt with the Boston College Eagles (6-5, 2-5). Kickoff from Alumni Stadium in Chestnut Hill, Mass., is set for noon ET. Below, we look at the Wake Forest vs. Boston College odds and lines; check back for our college football picks and predictions.

The Demon Deacons have fallen out of the top 10, and even the top 20, with two losses over their last three games including Saturday when they were defeated 48-27 at Clemson. Wake Forest can still clinch the ACC Atlantic Division with a win over BC despite the loss at Clemson.

The Eagles had a two-game win streak snapped with a 26-23 home loss to Florida State Saturday. BC has struggled offensively this season but rank a respectable 30th nationally in total yards allowed per game (338.0), 5th in passing yards allowed per game (167.8) and 25th in points allowed per game (20.5).

Wake Forest at Boston College head-to-head

These two clubs, which have met yearly since 2003, meet for the 28th time Saturday. BC leads the all-time series 14-11-2. The first 10 meetings came between 1941 and 1953 before they went 50 years without facing each other prior to resuming in 2003.

Both teams are 3-3 SU and ATS over the last six meetings, although BC has covered three of the last four. The Under is 9-1 over the last 10 games.
