The Steelers are coming off a bye, following back-to-back wins. Their last game was a 23-20 home win in overtime against the Seattle Seahawks Oct. 17. Pittsburgh is just 1-4 ATS across the past five, while the Under is 5-1 overall.
The banged-up Browns played Thursday on a short week without QB Baker Mayfield and RBs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt due to injuries. They still managed to beat the visiting Denver Broncos 17-14 behind backup QB Case Keenum and RB D’Ernest Johnson.

Steelers at Browns head-to-head
The Steelers dominated the Browns 38-7 in Week 6 in Pittsburgh last season, but the Browns exacted revenge with a 24-22 win in Week 17. The next week they met in the AFC Wild Card Game with Cleveland winning 48-37 in Pittsburgh as a 5-point underdog with the Over connecting.
The Steelers are 1-4 ATS in the past five inside the division, but 11-4 ATS in the past 15 as road dogs. The Browns are 10-25-1 ATS in the previous 36 inside the AFC North.
