Looking at Sunday’s Pittsburgh Steelers at Buffalo Bills Week 1 NFL odds, lines and trends. Here’s what you need to know.

The Pittsburgh Steelers and Buffalo Bills get their regular-season campaigns underway Sunday. Kickoff from Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, N.Y., is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET. Below, we look at the Steelers vs. Bills odds and lines; check back for our NFL picks and predictions.

Pittsburgh captured the AFC North title in 2020 before bowing out of the playoffs in the AFC Wild Card Round to the division rival Cleveland Browns. The AFC North is expected to be tightly contested again in 2021 and Pittsburgh will be looking for an improved run game.

The Steelers were the only team to average fewer than 90 rushing yards per game last year and selected RB Najee Harris in the first round of the NFL draft to rectify the situation. Pittsburgh finished the preseason 3-1 straight up, 2-2 against the spread and 3-1 against the Over/Under.

The Bills also captured a division title when they won the AFC East for the first time since 1995. Buffalo has seen consistent improvement from fourth-year signal-caller Josh Allen and is looking to build off last year’s AFC Championship Game appearance. The Bills concluded the preseason with a perfect 3-0 SU/ATS record and 1-2 O/U mark.
