Vikings at 49ers head-to-head

Minnesota leads 22-19-1 in regular-season meetings, but San Francisco holds a 5-1 edge in postseason matchups.

They last met in the 2019-20 postseason with the 49ers claiming a 27-10 NFC Divisional Round victory as 7-point home favorites.
