Bills at Chiefs head-to-head

Although Buffalo and Kansas City have met 50 times dating back to 1960, with Buffalo leading the series 26-23-1, the two clubs have only met twice in the Mahomes-Allen era, and Kansas City has won both times.

Most recently the teams met in the AFC championship game last season. Kansas City emerged with a 38-24 victory and covered a 3-point spread as the game sailed Over the 55-point total. Mahomes had 3 touchdowns in the victory while Hill recorded 172 yards, and TE Travis Kelce added 118 receiving yards and 2 scores.

Kansas City covered as a 5.5-point favorite with a 26-17 victory in Week 6 of the regular season last year as well, although the game fell well short of the 55-point total. Kelce had 2 receiving touchdowns in that meeting, too.
