First half highlights: Seahawks lead Rams 13-7

The Seattle Seahawks are off to a strong start against the Los Angeles Rams. In the first half of their Week 11 rematch, Seattle has been outright dominating, as they lead time of possession (19:35 to 10:35), net yards (204 to 94), first downs (12 to 7), and total plays (34 to 21).

Seattle got things started on their opening possession, as they drove down the field 88 yards in 15 plays. The Seahawks were 3-for-3 on third down, and capped the drive off with an eight-yard strike to DK Metcalf.

The Rams attempted to answer the call, and got close. They made it to Seattle’s two-yard line, but quarterback Matthew Stafford’s pass on 4th-and-goal fell incomplete. The Seahawks defense had held strong.

Seattle did manage to extend their lead with a pair of field goals, set up by deep passes to both Jaxon Smith-Njigba and DK Metcalf.

However, Los Angeles was finally able to find the scoreboard with only nine seconds left in the game. Stafford found rookie Puka Nacua for a 4-yard touchdown. Seattle leading 13-7 is the exact same halftime score as it was in Week 1.
