As if Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide needed any more motivation for next season, they got it. On Tuesday, Paul Finebaum made a bold prediction that Lane Kiffin would be the first former assistant to beat Nick Saban.
I firmly believe that … Lane Kiffin is going to be the first Saban disciple to be beat the GOAT."

Kiffin, who just signed a four-year deal worth $16.2 million is one of the four former assistant coaches Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide will face next year.
Kiffin is currently 0-1 against Saban after the 2009 loss Tennessee had against Alabama when Kiffin was the head coach at Tennessee .
Next season, Saban will face Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs on September 19th, Lane Kiffin and the Ole Miss Rebels on October 3rd, Jeremy Pruitt and the Tennessee Volunteers on October 24th, and Jimbo Fisher and the Texas A&M Aggies on November 21.
