The Boones are a multi-generational baseball family. Ray Boone was on the 1948 World Series champs, the Cleveland Indians. His son, Bob, was a member of the 1980 World Series champion Philadelphia Phillies. Bret Boone was a three-time All-Star but did not earn a World Series ring. Aaron Boone played in MLB from 1997-2009. He currently is manager of the New York Yankees.
