Where should you draft Samuel?

Samuel’s fantasy value should see similar numbers as previous seasons, as the 49ers have made minimal changes to their high-octane offense.

The 49ers recently inked a new deal for Aiyuk to complement Samuel. Captaining the offense is QB Brock Purdy, who also has TE George Kittle as a target and RB Christian McCaffrey on the ground.

The multitude of options Purdy has does not impact Samuel negatively like many may think, rather it keeps defenses on its toes and opens up the offense for players like Samuel to increase their stats. Samuel is also a threat on the ground, which amplifies his fantasy value.

Draft Samuel slightly after McCaffrey, but do not let him fall out of the 3rd round. When healthy, he’s good for 60-70 catches and 900-plus yards through the air and 200-plus yards on the ground.
