Buffalo Bills WR Stefon Diggs enters 2023 with a chip on his shoulder. Despite an injury-plagued campaign from QB Josh Allen a year ago, Diggs still managed to have an elite season. With 11 TDs and 1,429 yards on 108 receptions, Diggs had nothing to complain about during the regular season. That changed in the playoffs with Buffalo losing at home to the Cincinnati Bengals and thus an offseason of turmoil ensued.
After negotiations with the All-Pro, he has rejoined the Bills and looks to have another outstanding season in 2023-24 as Buffalo, once again, comes in as a top team in the AFC.

Stefon Diggs’ ADP: 13.94
(ADP data courtesy of MyFantasyLeague.com; last updated at time of this publishing – ADPs continually change as more drafts occur)
Diggs’ ADP ranks 5th among wide receivers. He’s just behind Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (11.07) and ahead of No. 6 Dallas Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb (14.06). Diggs is being taken just ahead of teammate Allen (14.47).
This makes sense as Allen is the straw which stirs the drink of Diggs. This has been an elite connection for both players and has gotten the Bills further than they have in almost 30 seasons.
With Diggs leading the Bills receiving corps, which includes Gabriel Davis (ADP 93.24) and rookie TE Dalton Kincaid (93.34), he will continue to be the number one target for one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL in Allen. If Diggs can put his antics aside, he’ll have another All-Pro season in 2023-24 and a shot at finishing as the No. 1 WR in fantasy.

Where should you draft Diggs?
With Allen looking to pass the ball more and rush less, Diggs will be in for another season of high production in Buffalo.
After 108 receptions in 2022, look for Diggs to get over 100 receptions once again as the Bills’ top receiver.
Look for Diggs to reach or pass his stats from last season — 1,429 yards and 11 TDs — as Allen’s shoulder is healthy following a campaign in which he played through a lingering elbow injury a year ago.
If Davis can finally take a step forward and/or Kincaid can step up, Diggs could do even better as opposing defenses will be unable to strictly focus on him in the pass game.
The Bills also brought in RB Damien Harris to join RB James Cook to form two-dimensional running attack, which will allow Diggs to make more plays.
The No. 5 WR ranking in ADP is likely to be his floor for the upcoming season. Taking him anywhere after the late 1st round is excellent value and not a reach for your fantasy roster.
