RB Le’Veon Bell

There’s just too many reasons not to start Le’Veon Bell this week. The Jets draw the Ravens this week on a short schedule. Lamar Jackson is going to start, so even though the Jets defense is solid, Jackson puts up some sort of points on everybody. Having said that, Bell has finally let off-field issues come into the fold with the Jets, and one can envision Adam Gase taking that personal and cutting from his reps. But even if Gase doesn’t the Ravens defense is still legit.

RB Bo Scarbrough

As of late, the Lions have leaned on Bo Scarbrough in their backfield, but even if they do this week, it’ll be tough to see him doing much against the Buccaneers. While the Bucs defense struggles, they do defending the pass. Against the run, they’ve allowed the third-fewest fantasy points this year and are the No. 1 ranked run defense in the NFL, allowing only 75.5 yards per game.

QB Kirk Cousins

Kirk Cousins has been efficient for the Vikings, but he has a tough draw against the Chargers this week and the math says the Vikings will stick to the ground game. The Chargers have the 17th best run defense, while sporting the fourth-best pass defense which has also allowed the sixth-fewest points to fantasy quarterback this year.
