It is a known fact that Russell Wilson’s debut as the Denver Broncos starting quarterback this season has not gone as planned. The Broncos currently sit at 3-8, and fans and pundits have pointed to Wilson and head coach Nathaniel Hackett as the scapegoats.
The intent of the Broncos’ trade for Wilson this past spring was to be a landmark deal for the Broncos, in which the team settled on its first franchise quarterback since Peyton Manning. Due to his five-year, $245 million contract, naturally, Wilson decided on a $25 million home in Cherry Hills Village after joining the team.
The four-bedroom, 12-bathroom house appears like an excellent purchase for Wilson’s caliber in theory, except when someone on Twitter notes that Wilson has more bathrooms than he does passing touchdowns.

Ouch.
Perhaps this stat is even: Carson Wentz has more touchdowns thrown than Wilson this year despite Wentz having not played since Week 6.
Carson Wentz has 2 more passing TDs than Russell Wilson this season and he hasn't played since Week 6 and has been benched.

While there is an excellent chance that Wilson will surpass his bathroom total by season’s end, it showcases how badly Wilson has fallen from grace in terms of perception and production. Fans in Denver can only hope that Wilson turns things around in the final games of the season.
