The Atlanta Falcons signed linebacker Andre Smith off the practice squad and released Tae Davis from the 53-man roster in a corresponding move, the team announced on Tuesday afternoon.
Davis, 27, signed with Atlanta over the offseason, appearing mostly on special teams during the first nine weeks.
