Falcons draft another Alabama WR in ESPN’s new mock

ESPN’s Todd McShay projects the Falcons to select Alabama wide receiver Jameson Williams in his new mock draft.

There’s no shortage of needs on the Falcons’ offseason shopping list. And while there are holes in the secondary and along both the offensive and defensive lines, the wide receiver position has become the team’s most glaring weakness.

Julio Jones is in Tennessee, Calvin Ridley is on the non-football injury list and Russell Gage only has one game with over 70 receiving yards this season. Rookie tight end Kyle Pitts looks to have a promising future, but he won’t be as effective if he’s Atlanta’s only reliable target.
