Bieniemy has been with the Chiefs as a running backs coach since 2013, taking over as the offensive coordinator in 2018. After seeing Kansas City run an offense that the NFL hasn’t been able to slow down for three years, Bieniemy has become one of the most popular head-coaching candidates this season.
There are several other head coach openings around the league, including the Los Angeles Chargers, Detroit Lions, Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Jets. Stay tuned for more updates as the Falcons will reportedly conduct another interview on Monday with 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh.
