Happy to announce that G/C Josh Andrews is signing with the New York Jets… 6-year vet spent his first four years with the Philadelphia Eagles and the last two with the Colts. He's excited about the opportunity to reunite with GM Joe Douglas in NY.

Indianapolis Colts free agent offensive lineman Josh Andrews is reportedly signing with the New York Jets, per his agent Brett Tessler.
Andrews held a vital depth role during the 2019 season as the backup center behind starter Ryan Kelly. It didn’t leave a lot of room for playing time, but the Colts valued his work as a versatile interior offensive lineman.
The Colts have now seen two of their free agent offensive linemen leave for other destinations this offseason. Along with Andrews, the versatile Joe Haeg signed a one-year deal to be a part of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive line.
Holding a depth role on one of the best offensive lines in football, Andrews saw just 61 snaps on offense during the 2019 season, which accounted for 6% of the team’s offensive snaps.
With Andrews now leaving town, the Colts are hoping 2019 seventh-round pick Javon Patterson can develop into a backup-caliber player while likely looking to the 2020 NFL draft to add some depth as well.
