In his last regular season game in the black and gold, Evan Battey delivered with a career-best 27 points as the Colorado Buffaloes took down the Utah Utes in Salt Lake City. It was the Buffs’ 20th victory of the season, officially marking Tad Boyle’s ninth 20-win season in his 12 years with the team.
Colorado was able to win seven of its last 10 regular season games, including a historic upset of the No. 2 Arizona Wildcats. Its NCAA Tournament chances remain low, but a strong performance in the Pac-12 Tournament could be enough for the Buffs to sneak into the Big Dance.
