Steve McNair started 67 games for the Titans between 2001-05. The gaps were filled in by Neil O’Donnell, Billy Volek and Matt Mauck, who got one in 2005. The next five seasons were a back-and-forth between Kerry Collins and Vince Young. The only other QB to start a game was Rusty Smith  in 2010. Matt Hasselbeck made 21 starts between 2011-12. Jake Locker got the other 11 and seven more in 2013. Ryan Fitzpatrick started the other nine that season. Zach Mettenberger, Locker and Charlie Whitehurst took turns in 2014. From 2015 on, Marcus Mariota made 61 starts. Mettenberger, Matt Cassel and Blaine Gabbert all saw time between 2015-18. In 2019, Ryan Tannehill replaced Mariota and started 10 games.
