1986 NBA All-Star Game
Buck Williams was named an NBA All-Star three times during his eight-year run with the Nets. And while the forward put up some respectable numbers in the few years after his time in New Jersey ended, he was never named an All-Star again.
The last time Williams received the honor was in 1986. He was one of six Eastern Conference All-Stars to finish in double-digits in that year’s NBA All-Star Game. The contest also featured former Nets legend Julius Erving, who was with the Philadelphia 76ers at the time.
