ESPN’s College GameDay makes picks for Nebraska vs. Colorado

Desmond Howard picked against Nebraska on Saturday

Predictions are beginning to roll in for the Nebraska Cornhuskers –Colorado Buffaloes game Saturday evening. The College Gameday crew shared their picks prior to the Michigan Wolverines-Texas Longhorns match-up.

Every analyst picked Nebraska to win the contest, with the exception of one. Desmond Howard was the only analyst on the panel to choose Colorado over Nebraska.

The fan’s vote tilted in Nebraska’s favor as well. 63% of fans polled believe Nebraska will be victorious over the Buffaloes.

Howard has a long-standing history with Nebraska. One of his more famous comments came during the pandemic year in 2020 when he said the Big Ten conference should demand an apology from Nebraska after the school’s leadership suggested that the Cornhuskers would find a way to play football that season after the Big Ten initially suspended play.

Howard seems to have a constant bone to pick when it comes to Nebraska. The trend certainly continued on Saturday afternoon.
