The Buffalo Bills are firmly in the DeAndre Hopkins waters, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
Following Hopkins’ release from the Arizona Cardinals last week, attention in Buffalo quickly turned to the former All-Pro receiver. Reports also started to surface that the Bills were firmly involved in trade talks with the Cardinals at some point for the wideout–as were the Kansas City Chiefs.
Turning things over to Fowler, the NFL insider said he does believe both those teams are still involved. However, Fowler made it sound as if, in his mind, Buffalo is the more viable option.
“My money would still be on the Bills or Chiefs working something out,” Fowler said. “And when you talk to other NFL teams, they think the Bills are a threat here and have been for awhile.”
