Through the first eight chapters of “The Last Dance,” ESPN has painted a detailed picture of the Michael Jordan era Chicago Bulls. The 30 For 30 documentary series has covered Jordan’s rise to the top of the NBA pyramid, along with his battles with the New York Knicks and Detroit Pistons.
Jordan’s cast of teammates have been prominently featured throughout the film series. Former members of the Bulls like Scottie Pippen, Dennis Rodman, Bill Wennington, Scott Burrell, BJ Armstrong and Steve Kerr have all shared stories during the documentary.
In the latest airing of The Last Dance, Jordan’s clash with the Golden State Warriors head coach was a topic of conversation. In the 1995-96 season, punches were thrown after Kerr and Jordan got into an altercation during Chicago’s practice.
After watching Jordan and Kerr trade tales about their notorious battle, one member of the Warriors weighed in on social media. Eric Paschall fired off a pair of posts about his coach appearing in episode eight of the documentary.
