Eagles to sign TE Jason Croom to the active roster for game vs. Washington

Eagles sign TE Jason Croom off of the practice squad to the active roster game vs. Washington

With Dallas Goedert unlikely to play in the season finale, the Philadelphia Eagles are reportedly signing tight end Jason Croom, to the active roster off of the practice squad.

Croom was originally signed by the Eagles to their practice squad on September 29.

Croom was elevated twice from the practice squad ahead of the Steelers and Ravens games, turning his lone reception into a touchdown against Baltimore.

He was signed to the active roster on October 21 and played 10 more snaps on offense in the wins over the Giants and Cowboys.

Goedert left Sunday’s loss to Dallas with an injury and with Richard Rodgers dealing with an injury, Caleb Wilson could get the callup as well.
