Arryn Siposs won the battle against Ty Zentner but lost the overall war after getting released ahead of the Tuesday afternoon roster deadline.

Team will work out some punters, but if they don’t find a better replacement, Siposs could return.

Siposs had 44 punts in 2022, averaging 45.6 yards per punt, with only 16 landing inside the opponent’s 20-yard line.
Siposs had a brutal punt returned 65 yards by Kadarius Toney to help set up a Chiefs touchdown in the Super Bowl, and during this preseason, he averaged only 42.0 yards per punt (his longest was 49 yards) and failed to record a touchback.
