The Eagles are always looking for offensive line depth, and with several players banged up and dealing with injuries, the team signed Nick Gates to a deal.
Gates spent five seasons with the New York Giants after signing as an undrafted free agent in 2018 and one year as a center with the Washington Commanders in 2023.
Philadelphia waived cornerback Mario Goodrich in a subsequent move to make room for Gates on the roster.
