The Eagles announced two roster moves on Tuesday. They released veteran tight end C.J. Uzomah and re-signed versatile guard and center Jason Poe.
Poe will return to the Eagles after being waived by the team earlier this month on August 5.

Poe previously spent time on the 49ers’ and Jets’ practice squads before joining the Eagles late last season.
Uzomah was released after the veteran, who had been signed by Philadelphia in April, was brought in to compete for a spot in the tight end room.
