The Philadelphia Eagles are going to hold Miles Sanders out of the team’s season opener on the road against Washington according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Sanders has been listed as day to day throughout training camp and with the Eagles focused on the entire 17 week NFL season, the team will take precaution with their star running back.
With Sanders out, Boston Scott will likely get the start with Corey Clement and Jason Huntley as the backups.
