Eagles OT Lane Johnson tweeted his reaction to the Carson Wentz trade

He’s not worried about moving forward without Carson Wentz.

Carson Wentz is officially a member of the Indianapolis Colts.

The former Eagles quarterback got the trade he wanted and is reunited with Frank Reich, who is the current head coach of the Colts but was Wentz’s offensive coordinator in Philly.

Wentz officially arrived in Indianapolis on Friday and is already making the rounds with his teammates and coaches. Video of him in the city is already making its way around the internet.

On the Eagles side of things, it’s hard to know what direction the franchise will go in now. They’ve traded what was supposed to be their franchise quarterback and it’s unclear how good Jalen Hurts will be. There’s plenty of reason to be worried about what’s next for Eagles fans.

But Eagles offensive tackle Lane Johnson isn’t. He sent a tweet off telling everyone how he felt now that Wentz is gone.

It was simply a gif of Kendrick Lamar spitting one of his most quotable bars: “We gon be alright.”

Johnson seems pretty confident in how things will go. And, of course, he does.

All that’s left to do is prove it on the field.
