Perriman had his best NFL season in 2019, catching 36 passes for 645 yards (17.9) and six touchdowns after bouncing around on three different teams over the past few years. Perriman will replace Robby Anderson, who signed with the Carolina Panthers on Tuesday.
Howie Roseman will likely now address the wide receiver position via the NFL Draft in April.
