Eagles’ linebacker Myles Jack to retire after seven NFL seasons

Philadelphia #Eagles linebacker Myles Jack has informed team officials that he’s going to retire from the NFL

Before signing with the Eagles, Myles Jack considered attending trade school to become an electrician or plumber.

The former UCLA star has made over $50 million, but he wanted to stay busy and contemplated a career change before Philadelphia called with an opportunity.

Jack is walking away from the game after one preseason game and two weeks at the NovaCare Complex, informing team officials that he will retire.

Jack played seven seasons for the Jaguars and Steelers. He had 396 solo tackles, 221 assists, 6.5 sacks, four fumble recoveries, and three interceptions.
