Eagles’ Jason Kelce had a perfect response to learning he’d play brother Travis’s Chiefs in Super Bowl 57

It might be a TENSE couple of weeks in the Kelce family!

Most who follow the NFL understand that the Kelce brothers are rather close despite acting as simultaneous cornerstones for their respective teams. Jason Kelce is a First-Team All-Pro center for the NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles. Travis Kelce is a First-Team All-Pro tight end for the AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs.

And with the Eagles-Chiefs matchup set for Super Bowl 57 in a couple of weeks, Jason had a perfect reaction to seeing Travis’s team cement its place in February’s Big Game on Sunday. With Philadelphia finishing off its NFC victory before the Chiefs punched their ticket to Arizona, Jason had the first opportunity to share his thoughts on the Eagles’ last roadblock to another championship since 2017.

Knowing his team would have to beat Travis’s Chiefs, Jason kept it succinct … and hilarious:

At the moment, bettors favor Jason’s Eagles to take home their second title in the last half-decade. But a small -2.5 spread suggests that this coming Super Bowl could be anyone’s ballgame, and Travis, indeed, might get the last laugh.

What’s more, the Kelce brothers co-host a podcast entitled New Heights, where they try to give an inside perspective on life as a professional football player during the season. Whenever these two decide to record a new episode — especially in the lead-up to their Super Bowl against each other — it should undoubtedly be a ton of fun.
