The Eagles have also elevated DT T.Y. McGill, DE Joe Ostman, and TE Caleb Wilson from the practice squad as COVID-19 replacements.
Holyfield spent the 2019 season on the Panthers’ practice squad and was signed to the Eagles’ active roster ahead of the Wild Card matchup with the Seahawks, but was inactive for the game.
During the 2020 training camp, Holyfield was cut and signed to the Eagles practice squad. Sunday he’ll make his NFL debut.
