The Oregon Ducks are now the heavy favorites to land three-star offensive line prospect Bryce Boulton, just one day after officially extending the Palm Desert native an offer.
Oregon is only the second Power-5 program to make an offer to Boulton, behind Colorado, with the rest of his offers coming from Hawaii, Idaho, and Northern Arizona.
Boulton is a six-foot-three, 255 pound center/guard who would give Dan Lanning’s team some added depth on the frontline, a key area of need for every program and one that the Ducks are hoping to keep replenished consistently going forward.
Boulton has not made an official visit to Eugene yet, but that could be the next step if he doesn’t accept Oregon’s scholarship offer ahead of time – which could happen considering the prestige of the program, compared to the others who have made offers.
