Draymond Green to join Charles Barkely on new TNT show

Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green will be part of a new show that TNT is offering around the NBA’s Restart.

The Golden State Warriors are the highest-profile team that won’t be going to the NBA campus for the NBA’s resumption as they racked up the worst record in the league prior to the hiatus. But that doesn’t mean there won’t be Warriors on television, with Draymond Green joining the stacked NBA squad at TNT for a new NBA-based show called “The Arena,” according to our own Mark Medina of USA TODAY. The show will be hosted by former SportsCenter anchor Cari Champion, and will also feature Charles Barkley and Dwyane Wade.

Barkley and Green will be part of “The Arena,” a new one-hour long NBA show that TNT will launch July 20, air nightly through July 24 and then continue into the restart of the NBA regular season (July 30) and playoffs (Aug. 17). Cari Champion will host the show that will also include NBA star Dwyane Wade.

July 20 is when the show will begin, so we are less than a week away from the debut. Teams are also going to start their scrimmages next week. The Lakers will face off against the Dallas Mavericks in their first scrimmage on July 23.
