One of my favorite parts about writing for this website is that I get to follow and write about different Michigan State alumni as they make names for themselves at the pro level after leaving East Lansing. With the exception of Le’Veon Bell a few years ago, there hasn’t been a former Spartan who has been more of a lightning rod for controversy than Draymond Green. Well, tonight on NBA on TNT, Green once again had some controversial comments which immediately went viral about Phoenix Suns guard (and Grand Rapids, Michigan born) Devin Booker.

When asked about Booker, Draymond Green said: “Get my man out of Phoenix…”

Ernie Johnson then asked Draymond if he was tampering to try and get Devin Booker to Golden State, to which Draymond replied: “Maybe!”

You can watch the clip below:

Booker has been tearing up the NBA Bubble restart and has averaged over 20 points per game every season he’s been in the league since his rookie year, but has yet to play in the playoffs.
