Sunday featured a battle between a pair of top contenders in the AFC. “Big Ben” Roethlisberger led the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers into Baltimore for a matchup against the defending Most Valuable Player Lamar Jackson and the Ravens.
On the third play from scrimmage, the Steelers lit up the scoreboard after a mistake from Jackson. The Ravens signal-caller through an errant pass into the hands of Robert Spillane. The Steelers linebacker returned the interception 33 yards in the opposite direction for a pick-six touchdown.
The Ravens quickly bounced back with a touchdown pass from Jackson on the next drive. Later in the first quarter, the Ravens tacked on another touchdown and a field goal to take a 17-7 lead into the second quarter.
Despite the Ravens’ early lead, the Steelers broke off 21 points in the second half to steal the game in Baltimore.

Roethlisberger finished the game with 182 yards on 21-of-32 passing with two touchdowns. Jackson matched Roethlisberger’s two touchdowns. However, the 2019 MVP tossed a pair of interceptions.
After celebrating his alma mater Michigan State’s upset win over the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday, Draymond Green chimed in on Twitter after the Steelers win in Baltimore. According to the former Defensive Player of the Year, the Spartans and Steelers victories led to a “great weekend.”

Last week, Green weighed in on Twitter after Pittsburgh’s last-second win against the Tennessee Titans.
The Week 8 tilt was the first of two bouts between the bitter rivals in the AFC North. After their big win against the Ravens, Green’s Steelers will travel to the lone star state for an interconference game against the Dallas Cowboys.
