On Wednesday, Pederson confirmed that Sanders could have his workload “managed”, while Johnson might end being a game-time start.
Sanders enters the 2020 regular season with huge expectations after rushing 179 times for 818 yards and three touchdowns, while also catching 50 passes for 509 yards and three touchdowns last season.
He led NFL rookies in scrimmage yards and all-purpose yards.
Johnson an All-Pro and 3 time Pro Bowler, has a huge matchup with Washington star rookie pass rusher, Chase Young.
