Joe Brady has a long way to go but it was a good debut for the new Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator against the New York Jets in Week 11.
Brady’s first game as the Bills OC saw Buffalo take a 32-6 win against their AFC East rivals. While a poor outing for New York’s offense, their defense is a stout unit. They hadn’t given up that many points since 2021.
One could assume Brady was having a good time, but we have some visual confirmation, too.
The touchdown that really slammed the door on Gang Green came from an ex-Jet. On a fourth down play, Bills quarterback Josh Allen swung a shot pass out to Johnson toward his right. Buffalo’s running back caught the ball and took it 28 yards for a touchdown.
The score put the Bills up 22-6 and the new offensive coordinator was spotted smiling and celebrating from the coaches’ booth at Highmark Stadium.
