Did Texas A&M basketball move up in the AP Top 25 Poll after Week 3?

Texas A&M basketball stays in the top 25 after comeback win over Southern in Week 3

Texas A&M moves to 4-1 after beating the Southern Jaguars at Reed Arena 71-54 on Wednesday night. With only one game this week A&M will not see a big jump but a slow climb.

In their only game last week, the Aggies came out of the gate sluggish against the Southern Jaguars. They went into halftime down by 14, shooting horribly, and missing free throws. A refocused A&M team would outscore the Jaguars 46-15 in the second half to win comfortably and have a short break before the Players Era Festival Tournament.

The top five spots stayed put with all teams remaining undefeated, but three teams did see big drops. Purdue, Creighton, and Arizona all fell seven spots while Texas A&M moved up three to No. 20 on Monday morning.
