One of the more highly anticipated days on the New England Patriots 2024 calendar has been announced.
Former legendary quarterback Tom Brady is set to be inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame, and more details on the event and how fans can attend have been released. The ceremony itself will be held inside Gillette Stadium on June 12 at 7 p.m. ET.
Fans got the chance to celebrate Brady at halftime during the opener against the Philadelphia Eagles last season. The Patriots lost a close game to the Eagles by a 25-20 score. Now, they’ll have a chance to celebrate his official induction into the Patriots’ Hall of Fame.
ESPN’s Mike Reiss wrote:
Next week, Patriots season-ticket members will be sent ticket information, and they will be given preferred pricing for the event through April 12. If there is remaining inventory after the presale process, it will be made available to the general public later in April. For longtime New England sports fans, it sounds like this could be similar to the historic “Larry Bird Night” in 1993.
It will be quite the evening to celebrate one of the most decorated athletes in New England sports history. Patriots fans will be able to say thank you to Brady properly and give him the sendoff he didn’t get when he left for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020.
