Ingram explains how Jacobs has helped change the identity of the Raiders for the better this season, and how impactful he has been. Henry shares how he wasn’t shocked at all for how successful Jacobs has been this season.
Jacobs won the PFWA’s Offensive Rookie of the Year. He finished his rookie season with 1,150 yards rushing off of 242 carries, 7 TDs, as well as 20 receptions for 166 yards. Jacobs also had 261 more rushing yards than any other rookie in the NFL this season, and also led the league’s rookies in rushing touchdowns
