Nuggets at Kings: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Kings 123, Nuggets 119

Money line (ML)

The KINGS (+125) are a value play at home as short ‘dogs. Yes, it was back in December, but Sacramento topped the Nuggets (-150) 124-122 in overtime in the Mile High City Dec. 23, and again Dec. 29 at Golden 1 Center by a 125-115 score. The Kings have won five of the past six straight up, and they’re playing good ball. Take advantage.

Against the spread (ATS)

The KINGS +2.5 (-105) are catching nearly two buckets on their home floor, and they’re the hotter team. Not only are they 2-0 SU/ATS this season against the Nuggets -2.5 (-115), they enter on a six-game cover streak, including a 4-0 ATS run as underdogs. Meanwhile, Denver was roughed up on the road against the Lakers by a 114-93 score, and they’re 1-2 ATS in the past three after a 5-0 ATS run.

Over/Under (O/U)

OVER 228.5 (-110) is a big number, but all trends point to the Over both on the teams’ side and head-to-head.

The Over has cashed in nine of the past 12 on the road, and they’re 16-5 in the past 21 as a road favorite. The Over is 4-0 in Sac Town’s past four as a home ‘dog and 5-1 in the past six at home. The Over is also 7-2 in the past nine in this series.
