The Nuggets have not played five days, as they had their game against the Brooklyn Nets postponed due to a COVID-19 outbreak. They won the first game of their road trip last Friday, beating the Atlanta Hawks 133-115. They have won three of their last four games overall.
The Thunder have won two in a row, most recently beating the Memphis Grizzlies 102-99 on the road on Monday. While they have won two straight, they lost three in a row before that and have lost 11 of their last 15.

Nuggets 117, Thunder 101
Money line
PASS on the money line. The Thunder have won two in a row and have done it against two of the better teams in the Western Conference, but they have won more than two games in a row only once this season.
The Nuggets still have the reigning MVP in C Nikola Jokic playing and should have Gordon as well.
The money line play is only worth it if you think the Thunder can get the upset for the third straight game. I don’t think that will happen.
Against the spread
Dating back to Nov. 8, every Nuggets win has covered the spread and they have failed to cover the spread in any loss. They are 2-2 ATS as road favorites.
The Thunder have covered the spread in three straight games and in five of their last seven games. They are 8-5 ATS as a home underdog this season.
The problem is the Nuggets are averaging 118.5 points per game in their last six, while the Thunder are the lowest-scoring team in the league at 99.2 per game.
Take the NUGGETS -5.5 (-120).
Over/Under
If you want consistency, the Nuggets are consistent with the Over. Fifteen of their last 17 games have gone Over the projected total.
