The Nuggets have lost two games in a row, most recently a 115-107 defeat to the Charlotte Hornets. C Nikola Jokic was fantastic with 29 points and 21 rebounds, but nobody else scored more than 12, while F Kelly Oubre led four players who scored at least 15 points with 23.
The Clippers snapped a three-game losing streak with a 105-89 Wednesday night win over the Sacramento Kings. The Clippers shot 51.2% from the field and held the Kings to 40% shooting on the night. G Eric Bledsoe led the Clippers with 19 points and added eight rebounds and seven assists. F Paul George will be out the next three to four weeks with a torn ligament in his elbow.

Money line
This is only the sixth time all season that the Nuggets are favored on the road. They are only 7-10 on the road.
The Clippers will be without their two biggest stars and best players with both Leonard out and now George out.
Take the NUGGETS (-175).
Against the spread
The Nuggets are 13-18 ATS on the season and have failed to cover the spread in their last two games and in three of four.
The Clippers covered the spread against the Kings but failed to do so in the previous three and are only one game better than the Nuggets at 14-18 ATS. They are 1-1 ATS as home underdogs.
However, without George, this Clippers team is woefully shorthanded in the frontcourt, especially missing Morris as well.
Take the NUGGETS -3.5 (-120).
Over/Under
Only two of the Clippers’ last nine games have gone Over the projected total. They are 13-19 O/U on the season.
The Nuggets’ last two games stayed Under the projected total, but their previous six games all hit the Over.
The problem is that the Clippers have little firepower offensively, and they still are fairly tough defensively.
