The Los Angeles Lakers have been working over the past few days to get ready for the upcoming season. They have a game to play in less than four days and they are still figuring out how their team will look like around the two superstars, LeBron James, and Anthony Davis. Part of the new supporting cast is two of the top-three finishers in the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year award.
While point guard Dennis Schröder has publicly talked about how much he’d like to start, whether he starts or not, he will be asked to share the court a lot with the winner of last year’s Sixth Man of the Year award, Montrezl Harrell. According to Schröder, the combination of him and Harrell will be “dangerous” for opposing defenses.
Schröder on playing with Montrezl Harrell: “It’s going to be a 1-2 punch that’s really dangerous … it’s going to be a good pick-and-roll option."

Over the past two seasons, Harrell teamed up with Clippers guard Lou Williams to demolish opposing second units. With Schröder, it will be different, but it can be just as lethal for the Lakers.
