In a 12-round WBO middleweight title bout, Demetrius Andrade and Jason Quigley meet Friday at SNHU arena in Manchester, New Hampshire. The fight is expected to start at approximately 10 p.m. ET. Below, we break down the Andrade vs. Quigley odds and lines, with boxing picks and predictions.
The 33-year-old Andrade, a.k.a. “Boo Boo”, hopes to inflict some boo-boos on his Irish counterpart. Andrade picked up a unanimous-decision victory over Liam Williams last time out in April at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla. to retain the WBO’s world middleweight title.
Andrade claimed the vacant WBO title Oct. 20, 2018, against Walter Kautondokwa with a UD win in Boston, and has successfully defended the strap four times. Five of his last seven fights have gone the distance.
Quigley snuck by Shane Mosley Jr. at the Michelob Ultra Arena at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas last time out in May, winning by majority decision to snap up the vacant WBO NABO middleweight title. He has won three straight bouts since a disappointing loss to Tureano Johnson on July 18, 2019, in Indio, Calif.

Andrade vs. Quigley predictions and picks
Andrade (-3000) is the super heavy favorite, and you cannot risk 30 times your potential return for such a small profit. That’s just not a good long-term betting strategy. Even on the 3-way line, Andrade (-2500) is just too expensive.
Instead, you’re going to want to focus on distance. While Andrade has been winning, he has been doing so in decisions rather than with knockouts. The competition has increased and he is no longer facing tomato cans. As such, the best bet in this fight is OVER 8.5 ROUNDS (-145), with a secondary wager on YES (+145): FIGHT TO GO THE DISTANCE.
Quigley is a heavy ‘dog in this fight, but the Irishman can take a beating and will force this one to go all the way.
