In 2019, Rousseau led the ACC with 15.5 sacks and 19.5 tackles for loss. Rousseau opted out to prepare for the draft due to concerns surrounding COVID-19. He spent the fall improving his strength while also refining some of his pass rushing technique.

The 6-foot-4 and 260 pounder is an extremely athletic defender who boasts great length and exceptional movement skills, given the fact that he was a former wide receiver and safety in high school. While he is still learning the finer details of the position, he has the makings of a disruptive pass rusher at the next level.
