Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Darius Slay exits game vs. the Los Angeles Rams with a concussion

The Eagles will be forced to finish Sunday night’s contest against the Rams without Darius Slay after he was forced to exit with a concussion.

Slay initially exited the game after colliding with Reed Blankenship early on, but he was able to return.

Slay finished with three tackles and one pass defended, and in his absence, the Rams have been using Puka Nacua to pick on Isaiah Rodgers on the outside.
