The 2024 college football season will kick off on Saturday with Week 0.
Week 0 will feature four contests: Delaware State at Hawaii, Florida State versus Georgia Tech (Dublin, Ireland), Montana State at New Mexico and SMU at Nevada.
No. 15 Tennessee will open its 2024 campaign against Chattanooga on Aug. 31. Kickoff between the Vols and Mocs is slated for 12:45 p.m. EDT (SEC Network).
Ahead of Week 0, former Mississippi State and Florida head coach Dan Mullen released his Southeastern Conference predictions for the 2024 season.
Mullen predicted Texas and Georgia to play in the SEC championship game. He also projects Tennessee to finish seventh in the league.
