Dallas Baptist still tops WGCA Division II Coaches Poll, Lynn ranks No. 2

Lynn managed to knock of Dallas Baptist at its own event earlier this month, but DBU remains at the top of the Division III Coaches Poll.

The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has released its second spring coaches poll, and the top spot didn’t change. Dallas Baptist continues its domination of Division II.

Dallas Baptist University remains No. 1 in Division II after receiving all but one first-place vote. The Patriots were on a 10-tournament winning streak (dating to last season) until Lynn finally managed to top them by eight shots at its own Lynn Women’s Invitational.

Speaking of Lynn, the Knights move up to the No. 2 spot after receiving the remaining vote. Limestone University climbs to No. 3, with University of Indianapolis trailing by one point to take the No. 4 spot. University of Tampa rounds out the top-five after jumping 12 spots.
